How do I check delivery timelines before placing an order?

Simply enter your PIN code on the product page to check the estimated delivery timelines for your area.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Furniture products are shipped via our own logistics team or trusted third-party logistics partners within 7–8 working days from order confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 10–15 days from dispatch.

• For third-party logistics, tracking can be done using the AWB number provided.
  
  
• For deliveries via A Globia Creations’ logistics, a confirmation call will be made one day prior to delivery by our executive.

When will assembly happen?

Assembly will be arranged within 3 to 5 days after delivery by our expert service team.

Are there any shipping or delivery charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on select PIN codes. For other serviceable areas, a flat shipping charge of ₹999 may apply.

Is my location serviceable?

Will I receive all items together if I order multiple products?

We strive to ship and deliver all items in a single order together. However, depending on product types and logistics arrangements, separate shipments may occur.

What if I’m not at home during delivery?

Our delivery executive will call you one day prior to confirm the delivery schedule. If you are unavailable, please inform the executive to reschedule the delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, you can update the delivery address before the product is shipped, provided the new address is in the same city.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

We currently deliver to one address per order. For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can receive the delivery, provided they present a valid ID proof at the time of acceptance.
