At A Globia Creations, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-Day Return Policy for all products purchased through our online store.

Accepted Reasons for Returns:

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Incomplete Product

  • Incorrect Product

The 14-day window begins from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our logistics or courier partners.

How to Initiate a Return:

To process a return, please share two images:

  1. A clear photo of the damaged/defective part

  2. A photo of the entire product

Return Policy Highlights:

  • We are fully responsible for what we sell. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please notify us within 14 days for a 100% refund or replacement.

  • We offer hassle-free pickups via courier for eligible returns. You do not need to pay any courier or shipping fees for return pickups.

  • For non-furniture products, you can also request a return or replacement at any of our participating outlets.

  • All returned products must be in original condition, including packaging, tags, and invoice.

Important Guidelines:

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or assembly, via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care at 7020482797 or email help@aglobia.com with your Order ID.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of gift vouchers.

  • A Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge is applicable and non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges via Courier:

  • Replacements will be processed only for products of equal value.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be unused and in original packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll process the refund/replacement within 7–14 days of receipt.

  • For Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations, additional time may be required.

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via cheque. The customer must share the necessary bank details for the cheque draft. (Note: COD refunds may take 7–8 days to process. We recommend using prepaid payment for faster processing.)

Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order (or part of it) within 24 hours of order       confirmation or before shipment, whichever comes first.

  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
